I can't get over how amazing this song is! With so many variations of this song floating around NG at this time, this is definitely unique. I love the mix of ethereal, classic trance sound with the roughness of rock. I'm crazy over this song! Really beautiful and powerful. This is so good that it SHOULD be on the OST! 10/10, 5/5, dl <33

Intro is killer!

...but I can't say that I liked the vox... sounds awesome despite the awk, vox in the beginning. The synths have a unique thinned-out sound that I haven't really heard from you yet. I think you should use this as a jumping-off point for another submission. 9/10, 5/5, keep going, axe :]

For your first 8-bit song, this is exceedingly impressive. One of the best 8-bit songs out (I wish my gameboy games had music as good as this!)

I'm really glad to hear something new from you! I do hear the influences of the songs you mentioned. The melody is excellent, carried through with interesting variance. I loved listening to this, as with all your other songs. The melody lead ups and breaks are characteristic of you, and are really impeccable as always. The only "drawback" for me personally was the quiet break midway. I would have liked the energy to keep going throughout. Perhaps you can make an exclusively down-toned song, but in this case I felt like it severed the energy you built up in the previous part. Overall it was a pleasure to listen to! You're really too good to deserve anything less than 10/10, 5/5 :]

Piano + Techno = WIN.

I have no idea how that guy came up with "piano to techno doesn't work" because it is an amazing pairing. I hope you lengthen this / continue because it is so beautiful! The sound layering is really nice, and the classical instruments (piano and strings) are implemented seamlessly. It loops really well too (i.e. I'm going to listen to this for the next few hours). 10/10 5/5 keep going! <33

Thank god you edited this - it was really too freaky to have that *guts leaking out* sound at the end, and the previous SFX were too haphazardly placed. However, this is excellent - the trance loop is SICK. Hope you do some more collabs in the future :D

The melody is nice, and I can't say enough for the amount of variation in the song - just great to listen to all around. What a stroke of luck that you got to finish this!

You must really like hawks...

... because you definitely used that sfx before XD. Even though its unusual, I really like the hawk cry at the end - it goes with the song surprisingly well. It loops flawlessly. Great job with this, the melody is great.

I love hawks, especially what they sound like. Imho, a hawk cry perfeclt personifies the freedom and joy of flight... and considering that plently of my songs are flight themed = sound gets used alot.

To those who are so unfortunately delusional...

You obviously didn't listen far enough into the song. Dim's brilliant piano/string work is some of the best he's ever done in this particular song. The melody is endearing, and it conveys a sense of flying along a jetstream. The song is unified, with a great balance of classical meets techno. It's understandable that some would downrate this great piece - there is always dissention to true masterpieces. Just don't say this song is incomparable to his other work. A variation in stlye should not be viewed as a weakness; if anything, it is one of Dim's greatest strengths. *end rant* 10/10 5/5
